One Night in Paris
Posted in Media, Photography, Travel |We stayed out late last night and therefore, I was too tired to post at that time.
We just lazed around the entire morning watching TV and just talking. After a late lunch, we went to the Sacre Coeur Church, which is the highest point in Paris. You have a spectcular view of the whole city from there, that you can just sit there and watch the place forever. We went in the church too but we couldnt take photographs inside there. The church is just mind-blowing, the details in the paintings and sculptures are amazing, one has to see it to believe it. Then, we came out and walked around the nearby streets and had a drink at a little restaurant. We walked on to the place where they draw your potrait for a price. Each artist has his own style and most of their works were beautiful. We took the metro to this place called Grandes Boulevard which is a place with lots of shops and restaurants. We also came upon a cool spy shop which had some amazing spy gadgets, all priced unusually high. We finished the day with a delicious dinner at La Comete, a popular restaurant and a nice stroll admiring Paris in its night-time beauty.
And I also found out at a shop that there are no more Nintendo Wiis in the whole of Paris, so my dream of owning in the near future has been shattered.
And new information has been released for GTA IV. Check it out here.
