Winning and losing

Posted in News, School |

In every competition you have a winner and a loser. Yesterday, I was unfortunate enough to be one of the people in the second group. I dont know how, I dont know why but someone is gonna die. I played the drums with all my life but wasnt enough. I had fun anyways, and as the judges said ‘Participation is all that counts’. And Nalanda remains 4th in music, while those !$#$%#%* Nagarjunas have taken the lead. However, in due of course of time, it will change (I hope). But one small thing that intrigued me was the fact that the judges had written down the first place winner even BEFORE I had played. I’m not complaining or anything but its just that everyone should deserve an equal chance at the prize, nobody should be given preference just because his dad is so & so or his sibling is some influential person, etc, etc

We had a cricket match today and I fielded too. We won by a large margin and with this victory, we have now won the Cricket Shield!! Everyone played well today, congrats to all of them.
